Technical leads to be taken from client site as they would know the current client infrastructure.
Alternatively, your organisation can provide the technical leads as per the programme/project
requirements.
Within the scope of this team we create from RFP stage, Contractual negotiations, purchasing to
project closure on an international level.
One of the main objectives of the structure is to reduce uncertainty and confusion that typically
occurs at the programme initiation phase.
The structure defines the relationships among members of the project management team and the
creation of relationships with the internal and external environments, stakeholders, sponsors, tech
leads, suppliers, etc.
